In order to avoid costly repainting of the newly restored aircraft, the customer wanted to see
how the plane would look like with different color designs. We scanned in the original blueprints which we got from the Smithonian Aviation Museum
and painted the airplane according to the customers directions - we re-painted it and re-painted it again. The customer could see how the plane would look
like with silver wings, differnt fonts, green struts or yellow struts - and so on and so on. The original picture has the dimensions of 60X40 inches.
It was printed a few times at different stages to show the customer how the plane would look like. (Note: Pictures below have been resized).:
